This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needed to translate the read more button text in a product slideshow, created with the Smart Post Show Pro plugin, without having to translate the entire slideshow.
Solution:
We recommended that for each language, the client should create the slideshows for all the respective translations and then use the slideshow shortcodes based on the language (as it was already instructed by the Smart Post Show Pro plugin's author on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSAiYoa3JNs). Additionally, we suggested that the client contact the plugin authors or support to discuss the matter, as the plugin was not on WPML's compatible plugin list. We also encouraged the client to ask the plugin authors to join WPML's Go Global Program, where they can collaborate with our compatibility team to make their product multilingual. More information about the Go Global Program can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If this is the situation, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket with us.
