thanks it's working now! however, auto translation works fine only with full page auto translation but not when i tried to auto translate one single field, pls refer to the attached for the error message i saw. thanks in advance!

it says "there's an error, please try again" , which i tried again and again and error persists.

1.- Please share a URL where the issue is happening or a URL that we can use as a reference.

2.- I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. If we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

yes, i restored the site from a copy in "development" mode that i originally created on my mac and already registered this copy as a "production" site successfully.

Please update all outdated plugins that appear in this link: [removed] then ask your hosting providers to downgrade the PHP version to v7.4 or v8

Then double-check if the issue disappeared.

In this case, you will need to:
- Go to PLugins -> Add New Plugin -> Commercial tab
- Unregister WPML by clicking on the 'Unregister WPML from this site' link
- Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/
- Remove the actual site
- Go back to PLugins -> Add New Plugin -> Commercial tab
- Register the site again using the link that appears right below the field to add the registration key
