Hello, Lucas.
Sorry for the delay in responding. I was dealing with other urgent matters.

I've been speaking with my boss and, due to the difficulty in resolving this quickly, we decided to remove the pop-up description. This issue is no longer relevant at the moment. Thank you for your help.

I still need help understanding why, when I update some pages in English, the Spanish version is rewritten in English, even though I have set it to "translation required".

This is happening especially on single post pages. The post content remains in Spanish, but the Jet Engine dynamic fields are rewritten. It's impractical to have to update all 3 translations every time I make a design update in the English version, for example.

Thanks again and waiting to hear from you..

Hello,

A behavior like this, would be expected, if the fields translation settings are set to "Copy". This setting overwrites translation values with the default one, every time it's updated.

You can check that setting in WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translations. Please change them to "Translate", if that's the case. If that does not solve the issue, I need more concrete information:

1. Please send me the link to a page, where I can reproduce the issue. Preferably a test page;
2. Which exact fields are being overwritten?
3. Where can I find those fields editor in the admin panel?

With that information, I can better understand what might be happening. Thank you.

I checked the settings and those fields I mentioned don't appear there.
It's interesting because it overwrites different fields in the Spanish and Portuguese versions. I'm sending some screenshots.

I'll create a clone and let you know.
Thank you again.

Hey there,

In the screenshot, I can't see the page URL. I need clearer instructions on how to find the specific elements.

1. Please send me the link to a page, where I can reproduce the issue. Preferably a test page. The page URL.
2. Which exact fields are being overwritten? Please share the exact field names;
3. Where can I find those fields editor in the admin panel? Please tell me the exact location on the admin panel;

Please answer the 3 points above.
