Thanks! The problem is solved because of your help! I have 3 more issues for the same site. Do you really want me to open 3 separate tickets?? Does that mean I have to create four clones for four different support representatives? How does that make sense? Please help me! 2. How can I resolve the issue where 'Complete Translation' never finishes? Here’s an example: Page: hidden link 3. The featured images are not showing up on certain pages. Here are some examples: hidden link 4. Some text on all pages is not being translated automatically from English to Greek as the plugin promises. Example: hidden link |

Hello, Itamar is OFF today, so I will be covering him. I have taken your credentials from another ticket Itamar is taking care of and checked the issue with a featured image. 1) I couldn't find any solution and it looks like a bug, before we continue can you just confirm this issue still happens when all other plugins are disabled, and only Avada and WPML plugins are active? Make sure to have a backup before you test. 2) I created a minimal installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons, and themes. I have tried to reproduce the issue but there it works fine and the image is copied. Can you please visit this test website and try to reproduce the issue? Maybe I am missing some steps. You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below: Regards,

Hello, Regarding points 1 and 2, the link hidden link is not working. Additionally, I have deactivated all the plugins. You can see this here: hidden link. However, the featured images are still not showing. I at this time walso received the following email. Is there anything I should be worried about? (I was not login at this time) 14:49 (2 hours ago) Howdy! WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WPML Multilingual CMS. First, visit your website (hidden link) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (hidden link) and check for any visible issues. Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further. If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further. hidden link To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires. When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information: Error Details |

Hi, I duplicated the media in WPML -> Settings -> Media translation and then updated the page and its translation. Unfortunately, this didn't help solve the problem. The featured image is not showing. I'm sorry for the malfunctioning sandbox site. I created another sandbox site and installed Avada + Fusion Core + Fusion Builder. You can access it here. hidden link Can you please try to replicate the issue on this site? Thanks, |

Hi, I was unable to replicate this problem on the sandbox site or on your staging site. I created a new page with Avada and added a featured image. Then, I translated the page. But the problem is not occurring with the new page. The featured image is shown on the translated page. You can see the translated test page here. hidden link This problem can be corrected by editing the English translations with the WordPress editor and adding the corresponding image. Here are the steps. 1. Edit the original page in Greek. Now, the featured image will show. I tried it on this page, and it works. Regards, |
