Background of the issue:
I am trying to sync our multilingual WooCommerce store with a Square POS system. We have a multilingual web store that works as expected, but the Square POS system displays both English and French categories. The retail storefront is English only, so we only need English. The 'Sync to Square' option on the French products is disabled, and the sync between languages is handled by WPML. There doesn't seem to be a way to prevent the French categories and products from being pushed to the Square POS. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
Symptoms:
The Square POS system shows both English and French categories, with duplicate products in each language. The 'Sync to Square' option on French products is disabled, but French categories and products are still being pushed to the Square POS.
Questions:
How can I prevent French categories and products from being pushed to the Square POS?
Is there a way to configure WPML to sync only English products with Square POS?
I am afraid I do not see any info about Square POS in our system nor is it in our officially compatible plugins list.
The best I can advise is to contact the plugin author if they have any information that could be of help, or ask them to join our GoGlobal compatibility program so we can work together on making this plugin compatible, as I would expect such a system would need further complex compatibility work to make it work seemingly:
