This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client reported that the 'Send Message' button on their contact page was not displaying the translation on the front-end, despite the translations being present in the advanced translation editor for German and French.
Solution:
We identified that the form was created with the Spectra plugin and informed the client that this is a known issue. We provided a workaround, which can be found in our errata page: WPML translation issue with Spectra form submit button.
We advised the client to follow the instructions provided in the errata and to let us know if the solution helped.
Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If the workaround does not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
