Is there any documentation that you are following? No

Is there a similar example that we can see?

1) As I can see from the previous tickets seems page builder is not officially compatible with WPML, nor authors are intreasted in working on compatibility with our developers.

It would be great if you could contact the authors and urge them to join our Go Global Program. You can find details about it here. (https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/) We will be happy to cooperate with the authors in making their theme officially compatible with WPML.

2) I suggest you follow our next docs and manually translate your page:
