Background of the issue:
I was trying to resolve a warning message that says 'Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com' even though the Toolset plugin is not installed.
Symptoms:
'Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com' warning displays even if Toolset is not installed.
Questions:
Why am I seeing a warning about the Toolset plugin when it is not installed?
How can I stop the 'Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com' warning from appearing?
Why always "WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org"

Thanks for trying it. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.
Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
=== Please backup your database and website ===
✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.
1. Went to PHPMyAdmin, opened the wp_options table, and deleted the wp_installer_settings key.
2. Went to WP Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New Plugin page.
3. Clicked the Register WPML link.
4. Clicked the Get a key for this site link.
5. Generated a key with my account for testing purposes (you may re-register with your account).
7. Copied the key, and pasted it back into the input box, and pressed the Register button.
8. Went to WP Dashboard Menu >> Updates.
9. Pressed the "Check again" link
10. Cleared the cache from the admin bar as you can see in the attached screenshot.
It seems to have fixed the problem as you can see in the attached screenshot, could you please check and confirm?
Appreciate the response. I checked and the STAGING site is fixed. I applied the same steps in the live site. Now that the Toolset error is gone and i still have the following Error/Warning. Im attaching them for your reference.
