[Closed] Translated content deleted when editing page in original language

My client is creating pages in English and Welsh using the following workflow:

-Create / save page in English version of the CMS
-Change to Welsh CMS, re-open page, add content and save

They are editing pages as follows:

-Make edit in English version of page and save
-Switch to Welsh language and re-open page - make edits and save

When they edit the english language version of an already-published page some content in the Welsh version is being deleted automatically. Usually this is custom field content that displays as extra content blocks on the page.

Is there any reason why this would be happening?

Please
1. update WPML to the current version 4.6.8
2. increase the WP Memory Limit https://wpml.org/it/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/#how-can-i-increase-my-sites-memory-limit

That should be enough to fix the issue
