Problem:
The client was trying to translate a menu using WPML Menu Sync but encountered an issue where all pages were added to the translated menu that are not in the original menu.
Solution:
We reviewed the client's site configuration after they provided access. We adjusted the translated menu directly in the WPML menu settings. We recommended the client to check the translated menu and add or remove any incorrect items. If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend checking your WPML menu settings and ensuring they are correctly configured for synchronization. If the problem persists, consider creating a full backup of your site before making significant changes or providing access for further support.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a menu on my site hidden link using WPML. I added a page to my menu and attempted to translate it using WPML Menu synch.

Symptoms:
All pages were added to the translated menu that are not in the original menu.

Questions:
What do you mean with documentation?

I have adjusted the translated menu in hidden link and now you can see the result. Please add or remove any menu item that might be incorrect.

Could you confirm that the issue is solved?
