This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to enable 'Pay as You Go' on your WPML account but encounter an error stating 'Your account has debt'. Additionally, your production site is not correctly listed in your sites list, and the gear link to activate 'Pay as You Go' redirects to the wrong URL.
Solution:
Firstly, regarding the error about account debt when enabling 'Pay as You Go', there is an unpaid invoice that needs your attention. You can view and settle this invoice here: View Invoice.
For issues related to the listing of your production site and the incorrect redirection of the gear link, please open a new support ticket for each specific issue as per our support policy.
If you need further assistance, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML Support Forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to enable 'Pay as you go' and see my prod site (www.een.com) correctly listed in my sites list. The issue can be seen at https://wpml.org/account/.

Symptoms:
Enabling Pay as You Go - "An error occurred when confirming the subscription: Your account has debt". My site is not titled; it is blank next to the site reflecting the correct number of credits. When I select the gear link to activate pay as you go, it links to hidden link instead of hidden link.

Questions:
Why am I getting an error about account debt when enabling 'Pay as you go'?
Why is my prod site not correctly listed in my sites list?
Why does the gear link to activate 'Pay as you go' redirect to the wrong URL?

Hi there.

Per our Support Policy, we can handle only one issue per ticket.

Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

Please create a new ticket for each unique issue that you are experiencing or each situation that you need help with.

In regards to the first request in this ticket, there is indeed an invoice that has not been paid yet and you can find it here:

I hope that you will find this information helpful.

The invoice indicates two months. August and September, but not a year. I have invoices listed as paid for those months in previous years. Please provide details for the charges ASAP so we can resolve this. Is chat or phone support an option to speed up this process?

Hi there and welcome back.

We offer support only via live chat or a support ticket.

You should be able to find your Automatic Translation Usage Report if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports (as you can see in the screenshot from the section in the URL below):
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/#where-to-find-your-past-pay-as-you-go-invoices

That will help you understand on what exact pages the credits have been used and how many credits were used for each of the pages.

I hope that this helps.
