Problem:
You are re-developing a platform on Buddyboss and need to offer users the ability to click on a link to translate content, similar to Instagram or Facebook. Additionally, you are looking to integrate a Basque language API into the WPML engine.
Solution:
For integrating the Basque language, we recommend using Google Translate, which supports Basque. You can find more information on supported languages here: Language Overview.
Regarding the functionality of 'live translation' similar to Facebook, currently, we are not aware of any Buddyboss site that offers this feature. Translations typically need to be prepared first in a comment or similar format before being available on a translated endpoint. Unlike platforms like Facebook, WPML requires translations from an original to the translated Post-IDs.
