This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where they receive an error message 'Deja, Jūs negalite peržiūrėti juodraščių.' ('Sorry, you cannot view drafts.') when trying to review drafts after using the auto-translate feature on their website.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to resolve the issue:
Enable “Auto sign-in and sign-out across domains”
Navigate to WPML > Languages > Language URL Format and check the box for “Auto sign-in and sign-out across domains.” Then, log out and log back into your account. This adjustment helps sync login sessions across different domains and can resolve access issues. For more information, refer to Issue with reviewing translations in the queue due to permissions.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend providing your debug information for further assistance. You can find guidance on how to do this here: how to provide debug information.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am translating from minnergo.com to minnergo.lt using a parked domain, from English to Lithuanian. I used the auto-translate feature.

Symptoms:
When I click the 'review' button after the page was waiting for review, I get an error page with 'Deja, Jūs negalite peržiūrėti juodraščių.'

Questions:
Why do I receive an error message when trying to review drafts after auto-translation?
Is there a specific setting I need to adjust to review drafts in WPML?

Hi,

The message “Deja, Jūs negalite peržiūrėti juodraščių.” (“Sorry, you cannot view drafts.”) indicates that your user account does not have the necessary permissions to view or edit automatically translated drafts.

I suggest checking/trying the following:
❌ Please make a full website backup before proceeding ❌

1. Check User Permissions
• Make sure your user role has the necessary permissions to review and edit drafts.
• If not, you can try assigning the "translation manager" role to the user. To do so follow these steps: WPML User Roles and Permissions

2. Enable “Auto sign-in and sign-out across domains”
• Go to WPML > Languages > Language URL Format.
• Check the box for “Auto sign-in and sign-out across domains.”
• Log out and log back into your account.
• This helps sync login sessions across different domains and can resolve access issues.
• Forum reference: Issue with reviewing translations in the queue due to permissions

If these suggestions do not help:
To ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so I can look at some of your configurations. We have an excellent article on how to locate it here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

Best Regards,
Otto
