Can't translate private page with spicific slug

Would you please give us more detailed information on which plugin you use and how it works? Maybe the plugin in question is not compatible with WPML but I will need more information first to know which plugin you use and how the dashboard for clients is created. If it is a normal Page you can translate it with no issues. If it is a custom post type you can make the custom post type translatable: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-posts/ Thanks.
