Can't translate Template Header and Footer

hasanK-7	Background of the issue: I have another site with the same settings where everything works fine. But for this site: hidden link, I am trying to translate the template Header and Footer from English to Arabic using WPML. Symptoms: The Navigation menu on mobile is not working for both English and Arabic. Also, I can't translate the template Header and Footer from English to Arabic. Bruno Kos WPML Supporter since 12/2018 Languages: English (English ) German (Deutsch ) French (Français ) Timezone: Europe/Zagreb (GMT+02:00)	Hi, If I check both English and Arabic, it looks like that the footer and header are translated? The layout looks the same and translations also.
