This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client had an issue where their WPML account showed zero automatic translation credits despite having renewed their subscription and not using the credits. They needed to restore the credits to their WPML account and assign them to a new project.
Solution:
We found that the client's '152380' credits were stuck on their site. We returned those credits to the client's WPML.org account. We then advised the client to assign the credits to any site by following the documentation: How to assign automatic translation credits to your sites.
We also asked the client to inform us if the issue was resolved or if they required further assistance.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need help, please don't hesitate to open a new support ticket. For further assistance, you can reach out to us on the WPML support forum.
