Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.
1. Please go to WPML >> Translation Management page.
2. Click the Jobs tab.
3. Find the Job/page that want to cancel/remove.
4. Press the red X icon.
If you do not see the Jobs page, you might need to switch to Translate some mode in WPML > Settings.
