This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see the 'English' language option in the mobile menu on their website.

Solution:
1. We checked the client's site and found that most page translations were set as 'Draft' and pending review. We advised the client to review and publish these translations from the WPML >> Translations page. A helpful guide for reviewing automatic translations can be found here: How to review automatic translations on your site.

2. We also noticed that the language switcher was not appearing on the contact page. To address this, we cleared the cache for the 'WP Fastest Cache' and 'Autoptimize' plugins, which resolved the issue on both desktop and mobile.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I just visited your site and checked the desktop and mobile view and I can’t find the WPML language switcher on both views. Could you please follow the below steps and see if this resolves your issue:

1. Please go to the WPML >> Languages > Menu Language Switcher.

2. Click on the + Add a new language switcher to a menu button as seen in the attached screenshot.

3. Please choose the menu and press the Save button as you can see in the attached screenshot, and see if this resolves the issue.

4. If the issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Thank you

I appreciate you sharing the login details. After checking your site, I noticed that only the contact page translation has been reviewed and published. The other pages, including the homepage, are translated but set as "Draft" because they are pending for review. You can review them from the WPML >> Translations page, and here's a helpful guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-review-automatic-translations-on-your-site/

I have tried to view the contact page: hidden link in browser incognito mode but the language switcher was not showing on that page too. To resolve this, I cleared the cache for the "WP Fastest Cache" and "Autoptimize" plugins. The problem seems to be fixed now, both on desktop and mobile, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Could you please take another look at your site and confirm if this resolves your issue? If you need further assistance or have any questions, feel free to let me know.

Thank you for your cooperation

Hi, yes I've to review and publish them, thank you for remembering me.
I've just tried to check the mobile menu and it's still without the voice English, as you can see in the screen. I can't get why I see it correct on the Mac, but on the smartphone no. Thanks, Luca

It appears that you're accessing the home page on your mobile device, and this is an expected behavior. The home page is currently pending review and has not been published yet.

The pages in "Draft" or "pending review" status are visible when you're logged in to your site, which is why they are accessible on a Mac but not on a mobile device.

To further assist you, you may try visiting the contact page at hidden link and share your experience. Alternatively, I recommend reviewing the homepage first and marking it as "publish" so that it becomes accessible even when you're logged out.

Please let me know if this resolves your issue, or if you require additional assistance.

Thank you for your cooperation

Thank you Noman, I've published all the pages except for home, and now I see English in the mobile menu. The home results kinda occupated, as you can see in the attached.
As soon as it will be free, I'm going to modify and publish it.
