Hi there,

I tried to login to the Services website, but for some reason, after adding the login information it redirects to the main website and shows the login form again.

After I try the login form on the live website it just reloads the login page without any message.

Would you please double check the login info?

Please make the next reply private if you want to give other login information.

I also did some research and there are a few points that you need to check. Please copy the website to a staging version and do the tests below there. Do not test on a live website.

I'd appreciate it if you could provide the login information of the copied website.

1. Check if there is a language that is set before and it is deleted due to some database manipulation

I saw scenarios that the language was deleted for some reason and that caused the issue, adding the language from WPML > Languages menu fixed the issue.

2. Check for possible theme and plugin conflict.

- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

3. Re-install WPML and WPML addons by deleting it completely and installing it again.

It will not affect the translations, but please do it only on a copy of the website and not the I've website.
