This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported issues with their multilingual website where the homepage and other pages were not translating properly. Despite updates in the backend, the frontend displayed outdated layouts, structures, and media across different languages. The WPML Menu Sync settings were advised to remain off due to conflicts with a custom mega menu.
Solution:
1. We instructed the client to resave the English versions of the affected pages.
2. We guided them through checking WPML → Settings to ensure proper translation settings for post types and custom fields.
3. We advised using WPML → Media Translation to synchronize or update images and media for each language.
4. We directed the client to resend affected pages via WPML → Translation Dashboard and complete translations again in the WPML Translation Editor.
5. We emphasized the importance of clearing all site, server, and browser caches after updates.
6. We avoided suggestions involving WP Menu Sync as per the client's prior instructions.
7. If issues persisted, we recommended manually inspecting Elementor templates for affected pages in each language, ensuring template assignments and media selections matched the current English layout.

Issue 1: Homepage Not Translating Properly in Other Languages

The homepage is translated in the backend, but on the frontend, other languages (French, German, etc.) are still showing:

The old homepage layout

Outdated structure instead of the current English layout

Content does not match the updated English homepage

English homepage works correctly, but translated versions are not syncing with the latest layout.

Issue 2: Media Not Updating in Translated Homepages

On the homepage and other pages:

Images, sliders, and media updated in English

But in other languages, old media/images are still displaying

Media updates made in translated pages are not reflecting on the frontend

Issue 3: Same Problem on Other Pages

This is not limited to the homepage.
We are facing the same issues on other pages as well, where:

Translated content is saved in the backend

But the frontend continues to show old layout and old content

Important Note: WP Menu Sync- These settings must remain OFF, as enabling them causes conflicts with mega menu layout beacuse created a custom mega menu for all languages.

Hi there,

Our 2nd-tier specialists made some adjustments to our servers, and now the site is working correctly. To update the pages, you need to edit them in the original language -> Make a small change to the content -> Save the changes, and update the translation.

Also, do not forget to flush the cache memory before checking the translated content.

Can you confirm that the issue was solved?
