This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are working on a site under development and using WPML for automated translation. You started the automated translation, but it stopped unexpectedly, and you are unable to check the current status.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend turning off the 'Translate Everything' mode and then turning it back on. This action has resolved similar issues previously by resetting the translation process without any translations getting stuck. Please try this method and check if the automated translations resume as expected.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Hi,

Our second-tier supporter instructed me to turn off Translate Everything and then turn it on again. This has solved the problem. There are no stuck translations on your site now. Please see this video I recorded while trying out our second-tier supporter suggestion.

Hi,

This ticket was about the stuck automatic translation process. In our technical support forum, we focus on one issue per ticket. Otherwise, tickets can get cluttered and confusing for both users and supporters.

Can you please confirm that this problem is fixed now?

For the new problem you brought up—pages are not translating into Chinese—please see this new ticket I created.
