Media translation images can't be saved

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

I made automatically translation of blog post. I want to change featured image to new one in other language. When I upload image save button is still disabled.

Solution:

The user reported:

I found issue. Plugin called: Acsell Product Filters
was doing it. Unload this plugin on specific backend page -media translation fixed that.

I suspect this is a collision with the theme or a third-party plugin. Do you have a staging site where the problem happens? If so, I'd like to ask you the following. 1. Switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Three and check if the problem persists. 2. If it persists, then deactivate all plugins except the WPML, its add-ons, and WooCommerce itself (without its extensions). Then please check if the problem persists. If it does not persist, start by activating the plugins one by one and check when the problem comes back, then report to me which was the culprit plugin. ** Important!
