Currency switcher doesnt change when clicking on the home language. It seems that both URL are pointing to the same domain address.
What is the link to your site? hidden link that shoul be the home language in English When I lick back to English the URL does no change and stays as hidden link
Welcome to the WPML support forum. I think you're talking about the language switcher in your header here. Usually issues with switcher links are related to low PHP memory, but I can see that your memory is already at 256M. Let's try to upgrade to 512M.
- Access your server via FTP and open wp-config.php (in your WordPress root directory).
- Insert those lines just before /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Then go to "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting (link)" and run the following options
- "Set language information"
- "Remove ghost entries from the translation tables"
- "Clear the cache in WPML"
- Disable/Enable cache for language switcher
Realicé los cambios indicados, primero aumentando la memoria en el wp-config a 512 y luego fui a WPML/Support/Troubleshooting y realicé los cambios indicados.
El shortcode de idiomas sobre el menú principal en el header se mantiene igual. No hay cambios
Me gustaría solicitar un acceso de administrador temporal (wp-admin), preferiblemente a un sitio "staging" de prueba donde se ha replicado el problema, para que pueda investigar más a fondo?

PS:
1. Deje el LS de Elementor pero le di click al ojo para que no sea visible en el frontend (ver captura).
2. No se cual es la causa del error con el SL de Elementor, quizás es porque tienes también TranslatePress activado. No es recomendado de tener 2 plugins que cumplen la misma función (puede generar conflictos).
Gracias Nicolás pero ahora si me perdí. veo que ambos shortcodes están instalado en el home page y se que debo eliminra el más antiguuo que hasta donde yo leo dice que es el switcher de WPML. Luego si hago clic sobre el nuevo switcher, el sitio cambia a españao y eso está bien. Lo mismo que podía hacer hasta ahora, pero si presiono para volver al sitio en inglés no lo hace. Se queda en español. Por lo que veo en los dominios de ambas traducciones en style.min.css los direccionamientos son correctos.
