Hello,

I see you use the plugin "Advanced Access Manager".

Does your user have the capability "translate" assigned?

Best regards
Andreas

hello, sorry for the delay, I just noticed that your emails were going into the newsletter folder, which I rarely read.

yes, but here's the translator's answer
Hello Sir, thank you for giving me full access to wp administration.
I can't access the plugins

also a fatal error has occurred here is the response from godaddy service :
I have reviewed your site and saw that switching WPML to English causes a critical error.

The WPML plugins on your site are outdated and incompatible with PHP 8.

I have set PHP to 7.4 so now the dashboard is working as per screenshot: hidden link

Please open a new ticket for us to update all of your WPML plugins (hidden link).

After these plugins are updated, we can set PHP back to version 8.

Per our procedure, I am sending you screenshots of your website's homepage before and after my work:

I can see you created a custom user role "Translator" but this user is not assigned as a translator inside WPML > Translation Management > Translators.

Take note, that you do not need a custom user role. A subscriber who is assigned to WPML as a translator can only access WPML > Translation and not any other parts of wp-admin.

I am sorry, but I am not sure if I understand your latest request.

Could you please explain in more detail what you are trying to achieve and also please confirm if the issue with the missing translator role was solved.

Translators usually pick generally available jobs or jobs that have been assigned to them by a Translation Manager.

The translators, if having the role of a subscriber in WordPress, will only have access to WPML > Translations.

They will only find jobs at WPML > Translations if a Translation Manager created jobs and made them available for the translator(s).

Could you please confirm, if you have read this documentation?
