I see the site title is configured by the Yoast SEO plugin. You can try to go to WPML > String Translation > Search for the relevant keyword and translate the site title.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
The page SEO title is controlled by Yoast SEO variables when editing the page: "Title Page Sep Site title"
I translate the page SEO title again with the following steps:
1. Go to WPML > String Translation > Select domain WP > Translate the blog title "Kamil".
2. Edit the page in Arabic > Remove the variable "Site title" (%%sitename%% ) in the SEO title option > Re-add this variable > Update the page.
Now you can see the SEO title display correctly in the frontend.

For other pages, the SEO title is translated in WPML > String Translation and the text "سبتمبر" is added to the end. I delete the translation strings and the SEO title displayed as expected.
