Hi Itamar,
Thanks for your detailed investigation.

1. Image Box title issue
OK, I will wait for feedback from the compatibility team.

2. Internal link slug issue
The problem is still present.
If I modify anything on the page, save, and then update the translation with ATE, the issue comes back.
I added additional Boîte d’image widgets and also tested with the Essential Addons – Wrapper Link plugin, and the problem persists in all cases.
So this behaviour is reproducible and not limited to a single widget.

3. Page slug translation
I have changed WPML → Settings → Page URL to “Auto-generate from title (default)”.
That part is OK.

Please note that the Administrator access link I provided is still valid, so you can continue checking directly on the site whenever needed.

Hi, Yann.

I can see problem 2 ( Internal link slug issue) on your site. At first, I could only see it for the three products you added in the bottom row. But after trying some things on that page, all the links got reset to the original French product link. I was unable to reproduce this problem on the test site. Please proceed with the following.

We suspect a collision with the theme or another plugin might cause this problem. If possible, get your site down to a minimum environment, switching to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty-Four and activating only WPML.

First, check whether the problem persists when only the theme is switched to TwentyTwenty-Four (for example). If it persists, deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons and WooCommerce without any extensions. Then, please check if the problem persists. If it does not continue, start by activating the plugins individually and checking when the issue comes back, then report to me which plugin was the culprit.

Hi Itamar,
Just to clarify: the old Medizin theme has been completely removed.
I am now using Hello Elementor, and the issue is exactly the same.

If I edit the page, change the Image Box link and save it, then translate the page in DE and IT via WPML → Translation Dashboard, the French slug “/produit/” is not translated into the corresponding slugs in DE and IT.
As a result, the internal links become unusable in those languages : hidden link

NB: During the weekend, the site was migrated from .com to .ch.
The WPML administrator account remains the same, only the login URL has changed:
