Hi there, Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I’m Prosenjit from the WPML Development Team, and I’ll be happy to assist you with this issue. In cases like this, the most common reason is that the actual field label has not been registered or selected for translation. Let’s first make sure the label is properly included in String Translation. Please follow these steps: - Go to WPML → String Translation. - Go back to WPML → String Translation and translate the string. If the label is still not showing translated on the frontend, please continue with the following steps: - Go to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting. Wait until the process finishes. After that, please clear your website cache, any server-side cache (if applicable), your browser cache and then check the frontend again. The field label should now appear translated. Please try these steps and let me know the result. I’ll be happy to continue assisting you if needed. Best regards, |

Hi Prosenjit Thanks for the instructions. I followed them and: 1) "Suscríbeme a la lista de correo para estar enterad@ de las novedades (Recomendado)" 2) "Comentarios" Then I found out that both strings (Castillian) were set as "English". Result: |

Hi there, I hope you’re doing well, and sorry for the delayed response due to the weekend. Thank you for the update. It looks like we were able to resolve one of the string translation issues, which is great. For the remaining one, I’d like to take a closer look to better understand what might be causing it. I tried accessing your site, but each time I received the message: Could you please confirm if there are any country-based restrictions, firewall rules, or other access limitations applied to the site that might be blocking access from my location? If so, please let me know what needs to be done to allow access. It would also be very helpful if you could share login access to the site, so I can investigate the remaining issue directly. I’ve enabled the private reply box so you can securely share the credentials. Once I have access to the site, I’ll begin the investigation and do my best to identify the cause and help resolve the issue. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, |

Hi there, Thank you for sharing the access. I was able to access your site after connecting through a VPN. When I checked String Translation, I found that the main “Comentarios” string had been left untranslated, and its source language was incorrectly set to English. I corrected the source language to Castilian and then translated the string into English and French(used the existing translation). After that, I refreshed the checkout page, and the label started appearing correctly translated in each language. Please check the attached screenshot. At this point, all texts in the checkout form now appear correctly translated in each language. Regarding the notification emails, it is possible that the notification option is currently disabled in your WPML.org account settings. Please check the following: - Log in to your WPML.org account Please let me know if you need anything else — I’ll be happy to help. Best regards, |
