This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to have the content of the product details page recognized and automatically translated using the WPML plugin.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend checking the translation preference settings for your custom fields. These fields might be set to "don't translate." You should change them to "translate" by following the steps outlined in the WPML documentation on Translating Custom Fields. After updating the settings, open the product details page and resave it. This should allow the content to appear in the translation editor.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your specific case, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed, and confirm the version of the permanent fix. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket with us for further assistance at WPML Support Forum.

Can you create (or import) the single product template so that it looks like the one here:

Please also make sure to include the “Get a Quote” form as a global widget inside the single product template. This is the part we’re currently troubleshooting — we want to confirm why it isn’t working as expected. On your site, this form is added as a global widget in the product template, so it should be set up the same way here.

I believe I’ve already installed all the necessary plugins, but let me know if anything else is required.

We used a custom plug-in to create a custom data source. If they configure it to read it, it should be fine. the "Get a Quote" we have translated yesterday successfully from string maybe. Now we figure out how to translate descriprtion of product page

I see that these custom fields were set as "don't translate".

What if you set them to "translate" (so according to https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-fields/#decide-how-to-translate) and open the product and just resave it, do these appear in the translation editor now?
