This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the description at the bottom of the product details page cannot be recognized and called, and automatic translation is not completed.
Solution:
We recommend translating the category when translating a product with an assigned category. This approach ensures that the category itself gets translated in general. It's important to disable the option "Don't show translated taxonomies in Translation Editor" during this process. After translating, you can re-enable this option if needed.
For a practical demonstration, please check this video: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/44597707?key=f73d8b8bbfd607a65b30cdf0ab51c9e7
Additionally, you can translate all categories at once by following the instructions here: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-all-taxonomy-terms-at-once/

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

I have checked and seems you have added custom description fields, but have not set them to translatable.

I have gone to WPML > Settings > Custom fields, and have set related to Translatable, for example zendkee_product_desc1 and etc.

Now if you translate your product you will see them and should be able to translate.

Hello, it still can''t work well in product category hidden link.

Category pages will not work because there is no entry for a single category page in the translation task.

Hello,

you first need to set that custom field you have created to be Translatable. In this case it is zendkee_product_cat_desc2, from WPML > Settings > Custom Term Meta Translation.

Then disable option from settings page: " Don't show translated taxonomies in Translation Editor".

If you then translate product that has that category assigned, it will be there and you can translate it.

Drazen

Yes, we tried. Then I found that the product category page did not appear in the translation task. All it appears is a category page template. We cannot click on a single category page to translate it.
The product details page has a separate page for us to select and translate. But there is no product category page

Hello,

it appears when you translate product with assigned category, I already confirmed that before my last reply. Now I see you have enabled back suggested option "Don't show translated taxonomies in Translation Editor", it will not work like that.

You need to translated category when translating assigned product, then it will be translated in general also.

Please check attached video:
- hidden link

You can for example assign all category to 1 test product, translated then enable back option "Don't show translated taxonomies in Translation Editor"
