I'm having issue in translating an template.
I'm trying to translate the same template em 5 different languages. In some languages it appers in advanced mode, in others is in a simple mode (previous used). I attached images.
In the simple mode the links is translate, like it always had been. In the advanced mode, the i cannot translate, and the previous link translation was forggoten.
The media images, also isn't translating. Even the previous translation isn't translate
I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

When we open an video, url it's not translate.
In PT the link is one, but in the correct link it's not the same in the others languages.
Before the plugin update, was fine. The urls was translated.
But now, the previous translation translation is missing, and I dan't have the the field to translate.
In the previous image I attached before (which is from another template), we can see that the same template the fields translatable is different from each other.
The images files it's not translating, but in the "media translation" is translated
Thanks for your reply. I've checked your English translation here hidden link, and I can see that you have not translated the video links as shown in the attached screenshot. Please try inserting "http" in the search form as shown in the attached screenshot.
Since these are considered external URLs, you need to translate them manually.
Thanks for your reply. I’ve reviewed the previously translated job for this template and did not find any Vimeo video links being translated. It appears that the Vimeo video link is simply being copied from the primary language.
Could you please confirm whether you want to translate the Vimeo video link (display a different Vimeo video on the translated page) or keep the same Vimeo video across all translated languages?
Thanks for your reply. I’ve checked your previous translation history and could not find any translation jobs indicating that the Vimeo video links were translated. What I can see is that the same Vimeo video links are being used in the translated template.
Did you previously translate the Vimeo video links using manual translation, or were they translated using the Advanced Translation Editor?

If you switch to using the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), any content that was previously translated using the Classic Translation Editor (CTE) will not appear inside the Advanced Translation Editor.
However, the translations should still be visible on the front-end of your site. You can open the translated pages on the front end and copy the content (links) if needed.
In practice, this means that the content will need to be retranslated using the Advanced Translation Editor.
