[Resolved] Translation Management page is not loading
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to load the Translation Management page on their site after clicking on it. Solution: Reinstall the WPML plugin.

I need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. Thanks for your reply. I've downloaded a new debug.log using the file manager plugin since the FTP access is still not working for me. I will escalate this further to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation.
In the meantime, you can share the attached screenshot along with the error logs below with your hosting provider. You can tell them that this error 500 is being generated and regarding the parse error, WPML support will check this on their end. In the meantime, try updating the server's PHP version to 8.X and see if it helps, as it could be related to the error log below.
