This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After updating, the client noticed that translations for the 'head' and 'second head' pages disappeared. These pages were not appearing in the WPML Translation Dashboard despite being set as translatable. The client uses Elementor and manages translations frequently.
Solution:
1. We recommended checking if the 'Pages (page)' post type is set to Translatable in WPML settings and using translation if available.
2. We advised the client to resend content for translation via WPML → Translation Dashboard and to use appropriate Dashboard filters while clearing filter states.
3. Since standard UI adjustments did not resolve the issue, we suggested directly inspecting the database for proper WPML language assignment and translation linkage for the affected pages.
4. We recommended using WPML troubleshooting tools to attempt a forced resync, such as 'Assign translation jobs to translators again' and 'Fix translation tables'.
5. If these steps do not resolve the issue, we advised escalating internally for specialized data repair or advanced diagnostics.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

In order to understand better the situation:

- How exactly were those missing pages created (elementor, gutenberg, no page builder, etc)?
- How do you set them as header and second header (through a page setting, i guess?)
- Can you tell me where can I find these header and second header?
- Would it be possible to have access to the site so we can investigate up close?

Thanks in Advance.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve checked your homepage header here: hidden link , and everything looks fine. I also visited one of your inner pages hidden link , and the header appears correctly there as well. Please refer to the screenshots attached.

Could you confirm whether you’ve already resolved the issue, or if I might be checking the wrong page?
