This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate the WooCommerce Quote or Enquiry Contact Form 7 plugin on their site but the content on product pages is not being translated into English.
Solution:
We took the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Cleared both the Object Cache and WP Rocket caches.
2. Navigated to WPML > Languages, enabled Language filtering for AJAX operations, and saved the changes.
3. Went to Settings > Permalinks and resaved the permalink structure.
4. Cleared all caches again and tested the form as an incognito user and as a non-logged-in user. The form is now displaying correctly in all languages.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi There!
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

I reviewed the entire conversation you had with Long and understood the issue. After checking your site, I confirmed that the form was translated correctly, and the ID for the inquiry form was also set correctly for each language. However, since the form fields were not displaying the translations despite everything being set up correctly, I took the following steps to resolve the issue. The form fields are now showing the translations correctly. Please check this screenshot: hidden link

- I cleared both the Object Cache and WP Rocket caches.
- Next, I navigated to "WPML > Languages", enabled "Language filtering for AJAX operations," and saved the changes.
- Then, I went to "Settings > Permalinks" and resaved the permalink structure.
- Finally, I cleared all caches again and tested the form as an incognito user and as a non-logged-in user. The form is now displaying correctly in all languages.

I hope it helped! Please check and let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I'll be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
