Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.
Please try next:
- Go to your account page (https://wpml.org/account/sites/)
- Delete the key for the site
- Go to Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab > Unregister
- Click on the "Register WPML" link
- Click on "Get a key for this site"
- Copy the newly generated code
- Visit back to Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab
- Register the site with the new key
- click the "Check for updates"
Thank you. That did the trick. I noticed also my other e-store nayavita.com/yoga had the same problem and applying the same re-register steps helped too.
