Hello,

It seems the minimum server requirements are not being met:
https://wpml.org/de/startseite/mindestanforderungen/

Could you please increase the WordPress memory limit (WP Memory Limit) to at least 256 MB? WPML requires at least 128 MB.

Your current values are:

PHP Memory Limit 128M
WP Memory Limit 40M

First, please contact your hosting support team and ask them to set the PHP MEMORY LIMIT to at least 256M. If you could get a higher value it would be even better.

Next, adjust the memory limit for WordPress. To do this, you need to connect to your website's server and open the wp-config.php file in a text editor. The file is located in the WordPress root directory.

Add this code to the wp-config.php file to increase WordPress's memory:

define ('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Add this just before this comment:

// That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging.

The current values can be viewed under WPML > Support > WordPress.

These settings can be restricted directly by your hosting provider. Therefore, I recommend contacting them and asking them to change them directly if the changes are not applied automatically.

Now, please edit the content of the original page, save the page again and then complete the translation again.

If this does not solve the issue, please let me know.

Best regards
Andreas

Hello,

Sadly, the YooTheme Builder is currently not compatible with WPML:
https://wpml.org/theme/yootheme/

We can currently only recommend using the WordPress Editor to translate the content created with YooTheme:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/

Guide from YooTheme:

This way, you will not be able to use the WPML Translation Editors or automatic translation for content created with the YooTheme Builder.

You can follow this thread and leave an upvote, so that the YooTheme Team might consider making their theme compatible with WPML:

Now, I see you translated automatically for 21396 credits, and as this is an exceptional situation, I will consult internally if we might credit this amount back to your account. I will reach out to you about this shortly.

Let me know if there is something else I can do for you.

Best regards
Andreas

Thank you for your patience!

We decided to refund the amount of 21396 credits, which were used with the PTC translation engine, to your site.

Note that to make YooTheme compatible with WPML, we need the cooperation of the author.

We are sorry about the inconvenience, and hope for your understanding!
