I have used Divi to build the site and when I edit a layout in Theme Builder (only small changes in paddings), then some of the translated words revert back to Estonian language.

The site was originally in Estonian. I translated everything to Latvian language with WPML and now Estonian is not used at all, it is hidden.

Hello,

I don't know which setting change caused this, but the website is not responsive anymore! Its not loading at all.

It seems that it's trying to redirect the page to the estonian site and fails. I can see from the url that it tries to open this: hidden link

The Latvian translation got disconnected from the Estonian translation. And not only this page but many pages. How is it possible? I didn't do any changes in the meanwhile on the site since our last chat.

Hi There,
I hope you're doing well.

Thank you for the update. I understand your concern about the website's responsiveness and the issues with the redirection to the Estonian site. I appreciate the detailed description you provided, as it helps in diagnosing the problem.

From what you've described, it appears there might be an issue with the site's configuration that's causing these redirection errors and the disconnection between the Latvian and Estonian translations. I've tried to access the link you shared (hidden link), but I didn't experience the redirection issue, and the Latvian version loaded without any errors from my end. This suggests that the problem might be intermittent or specific to certain conditions. I also tried to access the backend of the site and it seems the login page and access credentials are no longer working.

Regarding the responsiveness of the website, we have been focusing on the cart page in our recent work, which should not have affected the site's overall responsiveness. If you could provide links to specific pages that are not displaying correctly, it would greatly assist me in pinpointing and resolving the issue more efficiently.

I also want to address the disconnection of translations. It's possible that this could have occurred due to a manual change or an automated process within the site's backend. To re-establish the connection between the default version and the translations, I recommend following the guide here: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-link-already-translated-pages/. This guide should help in linking the translations correctly.

Lastly, I must inform you that according to our support policy, we handle one issue per ticket to ensure each problem is given the attention and resolution it deserves. The issues you've mentioned in previous messages seem to differ from the initial ones raised in chat. I kindly ask you to create a new support ticket for these additional concerns, and either I or another team member will take it up promptly to assist you further.

Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work together to resolve these issues. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
