Does wpml support the "Kinyarwanda or Rwanda " LanguAGE ?

Symptoms: N/A Questions: Does WPML support the 'Kinyarwanda or Rwanda' language? Is it possible to translate my website from 'Kinyarwanda or Rwanda' to French and English using the WPML plugin?
