This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to edit translations on their site, encountering a white page when attempting to access the translation editor. This issue was initially suspected to be related to server resource limits, but even after increasing these limits, the problem persisted. Additionally, the client mentioned that the search bar on the homepage was not translating. Solution: We first addressed the potential server resource issue by suggesting the client to share the error log with their hosting provider, which indicated a memory size exhaustion. This was resolved by the hosting provider. However, the white page issue continued until the client tried accessing the site using the Safari browser instead of Chrome, which resolved the issue. This suggests that the problem was browser-specific. For the untranslated search bar, we created a separate support ticket to handle that specific issue.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

There could be some invalid strings on the page. Does it happen to your other pages? Or is it only affecting the homepage?
Also, I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
โ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
I'm getting this error Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2113536 bytes) in /home/nauteroc/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-scripts.php on line 446 when I try to edit the English Language page here hidden link as shown in the attached screenshot.
It looks like you've hit the server resources limit hence causing the issue you had there. Please share this error log with your hosting provider and they will know how to fix this. Once fixed, try to resend your pages for translation using Translation Management and let me know if it works after that.
I have contacted the hosting provider and they increased the server resources limit to the maximum so it should be okay now. I have successfully entered the address that gave the error so you can try it out now.
But anyway it gives the same white screen when trying to edit a translation..
I've checked and the translations are there and you need to "save" it again since it was stopped by the server "memory" issue. This is what I've done hidden link and it works now. Could you check?
I still can't open the Advanced Translation Editor!
In the video hidden link that you send me, you are not editing but only completing the translation. I still can't edit any of the translations made and I am getting a little bit frustrated ๐
