[Resolved] I cannot approve, and where I can modify a thai or english page (not the text)
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is unable to approve page translations and encounters issues with checking the page status. Additionally, there are problems specific to browser compatibility and an error related to TablePress translations. Solution: 1) Complete the WCML Setup Wizard as shown in the provided screenshot. 2) For TablePress translation issues, refer to the workflow at https://wpml.org/errata/tablepress-tables-cant-be-translated. 3) Navigate to WPML → Settings, scroll to the Post Types Translation section, and set the tablepress_table custom post type to 'Translate'. 4) If encountering URL errors in the translation queue, make a minor edit to the original content and save it again to refresh the translation status. 5) To approve translations in bulk, go to WPML > Translation, select all entries needing review, and choose "Approve translation reviews" from the "Bulk actions" dropdown. 6) Ensure that the translated page is published and not still saved as draft.
If these steps do not resolve your issues or if the solution seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

When trying to open a review on the translation queue I get the following error:
Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to construct 'URL': Invalid URL
Could it be that those jobs were started on a different site URL and the site URL or server of the site changed?
To solve the issue, make a small edit on the original content and save it again. This will mark the translations as completed.
If you now click the translation status icons the Advanced Translation Editor will open, as according to WPML > Settings > Automatic translation you are currently using the setting "Publish right away without reviewing".
You can also try to accept the pending reviews in bulk, by marking all entries that need a review on WPML > Translation and selecting the option "Approve translation reviews" from the "Bulk actions" dropdown.

1) Go to WPML > Translation
2) Hover the mouse over the title "A propos de nous" and then click "View original".
3) Click "Modifier la page" in the top admin bar to reach the WordPress Editor
3) Make an edit on the content and save the page. A blank space behind the title is enough for this edit.
4) Now, revise the translation status icons inside the right sidebar which will change the status to complete "Pencil icon".
5) Revise WPML > Translation and you will see "A propos de nous" is no longer on the list.
You can also try to accept the pending reviews in bulk, by going to WPML > Translations and marking the checkboxes for all entries that need a review. Then select the option "Approve translation reviews" from the "Bulk actions" dropdown on the top left.
If you still need assistance with TablePress, please take note that we only handle one issue per ticket and I would appreciate it if you could open a new ticket in case our workaround will not solve this issue.

You do not see this page in the list anymore, as I already took all the steps and completed the jobs.
You do have pages with Thai content assigned to French source language and the translation engine can not translate this, if is expects French source language.
You need to open those pages on the WordPress Editor and set the source language of the content to Thai. See screenshot.
