I have added Dutch (primary language) and English menu, but on the English pages, the Dutch flag is not showing up in the menu, only the English one.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

(both same menu, but set differently (by header menu and hooked layout part)

I expected to see:
Dutch flag also showing on English pages

Instead, I got:
Only English flag showing in English pages

Thank you for the details and login information. This may be a compatibility issue. We would like to make sure the bug exists in a minimal setup or not(when WPML plugins are only active with Themify Ultra theme).

Hi Eva,

Thank you for the updates. We will be trying the following steps on the staging site. Hope it will be okay.

a) Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like 2023
b) Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML
c) Check whether the issue exists or not
d) If the issue is gone, activate the plugins as a group of three or four to find which one has an interaction issue
e) Switch back to the original theme of the site

Also, please allow me to make a duplicator copy of your site using the Duplicator plugin(https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) in case of further debugging or escalation to our team.

Hi Eva,

Please check it now after clearing the caches. We have resolved the issue by running an SQL query. It was missing the English name in the icl_languages_translations table of the database. Refer to the attached image for more details.

Hi Bigul,
I had an issue with the server which deleted the WP folder of the testsite. I am now trying to restore my server installation from yesterday grrrrr!
I did see that the flag was working. Hopefully I can restore the right backup, otherwise I have to restore the old backup with the issue.
Can you explain what you did, so if necessary I can fix it again if needed?
