caterinag-2	hi, I have a lot of trouble and critical error on my website due to a jetpack autoloader. Unfortunatelly Jetpack is not installed and I don'tk now how to solve it. I found some orphan files in FTP folder related to Jetpack and WPML. Can i delete them safetly? hidden link hidden link

Additionally, could you share any specific error message that you encountered? If you haven't installed Jetpack, then there is no need to delete any files inside the WPML plugin. Doing so may cause fatal errors due to missing files. I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. caterinag-2	I Andrey, jetpack was installed months ago, and i suppose some orphane files are creating these issues. I tried installing and unstalling it once again but no improvement in performances. Looking for jetpack-related files in FTP, I found some in WPML folders, that's why I asked before removing them. Off courese I send my primary support request to Woocommmerce but no reply yet. Andrey Supporter Languages: English (English ) Russian (Русский ) Timezone: Europe/Kyiv (GMT+02:00)	The Jetpack files you found in WPML folders do not mean that they are leftovers and were created once Jetpack was installed, but files that, by default, are there. Those files are files that provide compatibility with Jetpack. They are not in use if Jetpack is not installed on your site. The first fatal error is related to Woocommerce, and I cannot suggest anything here. The second fatal error says that some files are missing. You must ensure that WPML and Woocommerce Multilingual contain all the files. To ensure all files are in place, you can download fresh copies of plugins from your wpml.org account.

caterinag-2	Ok. but please not that I reoladed (full procedure) all WPML files just one month ago due to other critical errors. So there is something that has corrupted WPML files once again in a while.....

Andrey Supporter Languages: English (English ) Russian (Русский ) Timezone: Europe/Kyiv (GMT+02:00)	If you think something is affecting or corrupting the WPML files, I would suggest deactivating non-WPML plugins one by one till you find a culprit.
