Hello WPML Support Team,

I recently purchased the WPML license for a website that is currently under development. However, I have decided not to use WPML for this project anymore.

Since the plugin has not been used on any live/production website, I would like to request a refund and cancellation of my license.

Please let me know the next steps to process the refund. If you need any additional details such as order ID or account information, I will be happy to provide them.

Before you do that, could you please let me know what made you change your mind about using WPML for your project? I also noticed you haven’t reached out to support yet—if you’re running into any issues, I’ll be happy to help.

Also, please rest assured that if we try to resolve the problem and you still prefer a refund after the 30 days have passed, we will still issue it.

Thank you for your response.

At the moment, we have decided not to create a multilingual website for this project, so we no longer need WPML right now. Because of this change in our requirements, I would like to proceed with the refund request.

I appreciate your willingness to help and the flexibility you mentioned regarding the refund policy. WPML is a great product, but at this stage, it doesn’t align with our current implementation plan.
