Search doesn't display results on second language

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with the search tool on their website, which works fine in the primary language (French) but does not return any results in the secondary language (German). The theme used, Zourney, is not officially compatible with WPML, which might be causing the issue.
Solution:
We recommend contacting the theme's author to discuss a potential quick fix, as the theme needs to adapt its code to handle translated posts/results in multiple languages. Specifically, they can implement WPML hooks such as

wpml_object_id

and

wpml_switch_language

Theme Zourney is not officially compatible with WPML (https://wpml.org/theme/), so some issues may happen. I advise checking again with the theme author if there is a quick fix for this since they would need to adapt the code also to get translated post/results not only the default language. They can use WPML hook in their code like wpml_object_id or wpml_switch_language: - https://wpml.org/wpml-hook/wpml_object_id/ - https://wpml.org/wpml-hook/wpml_switch_language/ Other than that you can invite them to our GoGlobal program and our devs will be glad to help them in making this product compatible with WPML.
