Tell us what you are trying to do?
Translate the menu by using WP Menus Sync.
However, some of the items do not show on all language menus, eventhough they have been translated.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=gui&utm_campaign=menu-sync#option-3-automatic-menus-sync-by-wpml

Is there a similar example that we can see?

This page has been translated to all languages. The menu items shows in English, Greek and Spanish, but not in French and German.

What is the link to your site?

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply.

I've checked your Website here in German and French and both are displaying the navigation menu.

Did you sort it out yourself?

Also, if you wish to translate the menu items, you can use the manual translation as mentioned in Option 2 https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#option-2-translating-menus-manually . Currently, it is using the page title from the translated page for your menu items.

Hello again,

As originally mentioned, the issue is not that the menus aren't showing; the issue is that they are missing some items.
Both the German and French menus are missing the "Blog" item, as well as the menu sub-items under "Network" ("Netzwerk" in German and "Réseau" in French). These items are showing in Greek and Spanish, though.

Thank you for your response.

I've identified the problem and resolved it. It appears that some of the menu items were labeled as "pending," as depicted in the attached screenshot. To rectify this, I removed and replaced them.

Thank you very much for the prompt reply and for your help.
Do you happen to have any idea as to why these items were left as pending? On the Menus Sync page no such mention was made.

I appreciate your response.

It appears that the "Pending" status in the menu is a result of the post being designated as a "draft." When you publish a draft page, it should resolve the "pending" status in the menu. I'm uncertain about the root cause of this issue, as it might be linked to conflicts with plugins. I apologize, but it seems this issue is related to WordPress.

But if the issue comes back again, you can contact us again and we'll recheck.
