Tell us what you are trying to do? Is there any documentation that you are following? Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site? |

Hi there, Thanks for contacting WPML support. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified. Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements. Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me. ✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup. |

Thanks for your reply. I've checked your Website here in German and French and both are displaying the navigation menu. hidden link Did you sort it out yourself? Also, if you wish to translate the menu items, you can use the manual translation as mentioned in Option 2 https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#option-2-translating-menus-manually . Currently, it is using the page title from the translated page for your menu items. |

Hello again, As originally mentioned, the issue is not that the menus aren't showing; the issue is that they are missing some items. |

Thank you for your response. I've identified the problem and resolved it. It appears that some of the menu items were labeled as "pending," as depicted in the attached screenshot. To rectify this, I removed and replaced them. |

I appreciate your response. It appears that the "Pending" status in the menu is a result of the post being designated as a "draft." When you publish a draft page, it should resolve the "pending" status in the menu. I'm uncertain about the root cause of this issue, as it might be linked to conflicts with plugins. I apologize, but it seems this issue is related to WordPress. But if the issue comes back again, you can contact us again and we'll recheck. |
