Background of the issue:
I have a suggestion. I read in the shared blog post that you can help the AI understand what the content and offer is and who you’re speaking to. These fields are currently empty by default and they are not part of the configuration steps when you first start WPML. So my suggestions are:
1) add a step to the first configuration to specify the Name of product/service/website, description of the website and the Target Audience
2) by default, populate the Name with the WP » Settings » Site Title (and allow to change)
3) by default, populate the Description with the WP » Settings » Tageline (and allow to change)
4) let the AI analyse all pages to describe the possible target audience (I used ChatGPT which provides an acceptable result)
