[Resolved] Title - subtitle in the header image is hidden
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: In each translated page using the Theme Bridge, the title and subtitle do not appear over the header image. Solution: If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps: 1. Go to WPML -> Settings -> Custom Fields Translation. 2. Search for
qode_show-page-title-image
and
qode_show-page-title-text
fields. 3. Change both fields to 'Copy' and save it. This should ensure that the title and subtitle are displayed as they were translated in the translation editor.

Hello there,
Thanks for contacting WPML support, I will be glad to help you.
Could you please try the following steps?
1. Go to the WPML -> String Translation page and remove the problematic string, eg: Smart Building.
2. Go to the WPML -> String Translation page and in the Auto register strings for translation section, enable the "Look for strings while pages are rendered" option.
3. Re-visit the page on the front-end where the string appears.
4. Re-visit the WPML -> String Translation page and search for that string.
5. Translate the string.
6. After translating the string, remember to un-check the auto-registration option.

Hello,
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hello there,
Thank you for sharing the access info.
The FTP is needed in cases where eventually there's a fatal error and we need to manually deactivate a given plugin to bring the site back.
However, for your case specifically I agree that the FTP is not necessary.
I was able to fix the issue following the steps:
- Go to WPML -> Settings -> Custom Fields Translation
- Search for qode_show-page-title-image and qode_show-page-title-text fields
- Change both fields to 'Copy' and save it
Now the title and subtitle reflect how they were translated in the translation editor.
Please check the screenshot. Obs.: The 'FR' text was temporarily added by me as a test, I already reverted it to the previous value that was only 'Smart Buildings'.
Please test it and let us know if it is working as expected now.
