This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client has translated their homepage, but the changes are not reflecting on the site. Additionally, some products have lost their featured images, and attempts to perform a bulk update for 3,000 products result in a 503 error.
Solution:
For the homepage translation not reflecting:
1. Clear all caches on the site, including server-level, CDN, and WordPress caching plugins.
2. Cancel any stuck translation jobs for the homepage via WPML → Translation Dashboard → Jobs.
3. Make a minor edit to the homepage in the default language and save it.
4. Resend the homepage for translation through WPML → Translation Dashboard.

For the issue with product featured images and the 503 error:
1. Pause any automatic translation processes in WPML to free up server resources.
2. Increase server resources like PHP memory limit or execution time to handle bulk updates.

I have translated home page and none of the changes are reflected in the site. WPML is latest, latest theme etc.
Nothing helps.
Even some products lost their featured images and only gets fixed when I update the product. But this will take ages to do for 3k products. Bulk update script does not work as it gives 503 error

I see that the homepage translation is not being delivered correctly and that the translation job appears to be getting blocked.

Does this happen only with the homepage, or do you notice the same behavior on other pages as well?

As a first step, please try the following:

- Go to WPML → Translation Dashboard → Jobs and cancel the stuck translation job.

- Edit the original homepage in the default language, make a very small change (for example, add a space), and save it.

- Send the page for translation again.

If the issue persists, please check WPML → Support → Error logs and let us know if you see any error messages there.

Hello issue with home page is fixed. However products in english language seems to be missing featured product image. And instead shows placeholder image. See for the refference in the links beliow.
