Good afternoon, we have a problem with translations on the site. We were developing on hidden link and translations worked as they should.
After migration to anix-shop.com we noticed that many elements from Woocommerce are not translated, for example "Add to cart" button, added translation in string translation, but it didn't help.
Before that in the sandbox everything worked as it should, but now both in the sandbox and in live there is such a problem.
Good afternoon, is there any way to not delete already translated rows. Or add them by bulk import?
We have a lot of translations and it would be difficult to add them again.
So I followed the steps in the article. Unfortunately it didn't work.
1. I deleted all the "Add to cart" lines.
2. Re-scanned all themes and all plugins.
3. Re-translated all the "Add to cart" lines.
But on the site I get "Add to cart" instead of Estonian or Russian version.
It looks like you've some cache plugins running. Could you please try deactivating them and refresh the page to see if it works?
If the issue continues, I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Upon reviewing your debug information, I have observed that the PHP limit for your "WP Memory Limit" is lower than the recommended 256MB or the required 128MB, as mentioned in the documentation found at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/. To resolve this, I kindly request that you contact your hosting provider and request an increase in the PHP value for you.
It seems to be a problem related to caching. I resolved it by deactivating all plugins, switching the theme, and then reactivating it. Now it seems to be working fine. Could you please verify?
