Hello, I’m currently trying to translate a Theme Builder page in Divi 5. However, I keep getting this error message. Unfortunately, I don’t know what to make of the error message.

Some of the content you have selected for translation contains coded fields. Translators are unable to edit this type of content, so we have removed it from the job.
To resolve this issue, please contact our support team and describe the problem.

Hello.

Thanks for reaching out. We have a known issue related to some fields storing their content as encoded. We are evaluating a fix, and we will be including it in a future update for WPML.

For now, we have published a workaround that should at least let you continue translating your site. Please refer to this errata.

Regards.

Thanks for the quick reply. The only problem is that I’m using a Divi Theme Builder template. Because of this, I can’t access it from the page and use the + icon. Is there another workaround?

Thank you for your feedback.

I will need temporary access to your site (wp-admin and FTP)—preferably to a staging or test environment where the issue has been replicated. When you submit your next reply, you will find the required fields below the comment area. Please note that this information is private and will only be visible to you and me.

Also, could you please provide the name of the template in question? I suspect it should be accessible from the list of templates (similar to pages), or via a link where it can be opened in the WordPress editor.

Thank you for sharing the details.

You can access it via WPML → Translation Dashboard and try to initiate the translation from there.

I’ve attached screenshots for your reference.
