Hi,

In the WPML > Support tab, it still shows 'WPML Media Translation' as 'Not installed' even though the plugin is installed and active.

Hi Gilles,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you resolve the issue.

The message showing WPML Media Translation as 'Not Installed' on the Support page appears to be a design glitch. The plugin itself is working correctly.

I have reproduced the issue on a clean installation and have escalated it to our second-tier team for further investigation. We will update you as soon as possible. Please wait.
